We are paid an agent’s fee when you decide on your preferred venue, so our service to you is completely free! We basically work just like a travel agency, who organise your holiday or business travel and are also paid a commission from the airlines, hotels and car hire companies etc. 

And we’ll even save you money, too. Utilising our strong relationships with a network of global venue and accommodation providers, we have access to discounted rates and can guarantee zero mark-ups in the costs quoted to us by the venues.

About the founder

Samantha Fieliciano is the travel-obsessed founder of The Venue Concierge and a keen advocate for helping businesses rediscover the fine art of venue finding.

A quintessential Libran and the eternal social butterfly, Sam has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry under her belt and the type of passion and innate talent for both organisation and events that in another time – and story – would launch a thousand ships (naturally all of whom would be eagerly exploring new venues for Sam’s ever-growing list of clients).

Sam’s business, The Venue Concierge, matches her fast-paced and can’t-stay-still personality perfectly and is designed to help her clients source THE ideal venue.

Sam has previously worked with leading venues and suppliers Doltone House, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Decorative Events and the Urban Purveyor Group

Today, her first-class client list includes brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Norton Rose Fulbright, Linkedin, Realestate.com.au, Ray White, Ernst & Young, PWC, NAB, Minter Ellison, Henry Davis York, Caltex, iinet and Nestle to name just a few.

Her favourite part of The Venue Concierge service is taking care of her valued clients and the satisfaction of finding THE venue that ticks all the boxes for the client.  Sam is always thinking outside the box and consistently able to offer original and unique venue suggestions. She also loves that she can completely concentrate on venue research for clients and not get bogged down in event management and other services, as while these all important facets, it leaves her able to focus on finding great venues!

Sam balances captaining The Venue Concierge and her team of expert venue connoisseurs with taking care of two young boys (and sneaking in a few glasses of bubbles each week!).
